  • Customization details: photos of your pet, names, numbers, text, and design choices that you upload or type on a product page.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers, such as PayPal and card payment services. We receive limited information, such as payment status, and we do not store your full card number.
  • Messages and reviews: emails or forms you send us, and any reviews you submit.
  • Automatic information: your IP address, device and browser type, pages you view, and how you reach our website, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our store:

  • Service providers: payment processors, production and fulfillment partners who make and pack your order, shipping carriers (such as USPS), website hosting, and email tools.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: tools such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that help us measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or website.
  • Business changes: if our business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as “sharing” under certain state laws. You can opt out as described in section 5 and section 6.

Your photos and designs

Photos and details you upload are used only to create and deliver your order. They are shared only with the production partners who make your item.

We will not post your photos or your pet’s portrait publicly, for example on social media or in ads, without asking your permission first.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our website, and show relevant ads.

  • Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the website, such as the cart, may not work without them.
  • Ad settings: you can manage personalized ads in your Google Ads settings and in your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad preferences.
  • Emails: every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.

  • Ask us to correct or delete your information.

To make a request, email support@furrystoryhome.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 45 days. Some information, such as order records, we must keep for legal and tax reasons.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections. No online service can be fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet legal requirements. We then delete or anonymize it.

Furry Story Home is operated from Vietnam, and our partners and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. By using our website, you understand that your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. We take steps to protect it wherever it is handled.

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
