During peak holiday periods, delivery schedules can be affected by high carrier volume. If you are looking for an item to arrive before Christmas, orders must be placed by 11:59 PM on December 12th EST. Orders placed after this deadline are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

Shipping And Delivery

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each product is custom-made to order, with processing and production handled in the sequence orders are received. We partner with reliable carriers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS), to deliver your packages safely.

When your order is printed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and link.

• Production Time ( Sweatshirt): 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after fulfillment.

furrystoryhome ships across the United States. Orders placed from Friday evening through Sunday will begin production the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Fees

Shipping fees are calculated in US Dollars (USD) and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (8-15 business days after production): $7.99
• Fast / Express Shipping (8-15 business days with prioritized fulfillment): $9.99

(Note: During major holidays or promotional events, production times may take slightly longer).

International Taxes And Duties

For any orders shipped outside the US, packages may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives. furrystoryhome is not responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes applied at delivery.
